Our retail partner aimed to manage growth not only through store expansion, but through data-driven decision-making. To achieve this, they needed a structure capable of monitoring data flowing from hundreds of stores and digital channels in real time, through a single trusted source.

However, transactional data — ranging from POS receipts and returns to campaign interactions and stock movements — was stored across fragmented systems. Reports were generated with delays, forcing business units to make decisions based on yesterday’s data.

To address this challenge, we consolidated transaction data from all sales channels (POS, e-commerce, and mobile) into a centralized and scalable data platform. We built an end-to-end, real-time data pipeline — from checkout receipt to executive dashboard.

With the new architecture in place:

  • Hundreds of thousands of daily transactions are now collected in a consistent and validated single platform
  • Store-, region-, and channel-level performance reports are generated instantly
  • Business units can monitor critical metrics such as campaign impact and inventory turnover in real time

This transformation not only accelerated reporting but also strengthened a data-driven decision culture, increased operational transparency, and enabled more controlled and predictable profitability management.
