Information and Information Systems are critical to the efficient operation of Bentego’s business and so we must strategically and tactically direct operations for creating, processing, transmitting, and storing information ensuring its protection at all times.

Bentego is a service provider in the software & consultancy sector having its headquarters at Anadolu Üniversitesi Yunus Emre Kampüsü Teknopark No:209 26210 Tepebaşı / Eskişehir.

Information security is an organizational culture and one that is deeply embedded in Bentego’s business.

Bentego commits to the following;

  • Ensuring the information security of the institution
  • Satisfying the conditions specified in the contracts made with third parties
  • Ensuring the security of physical and virtual information resources in order to continue the activities of the institution with the least interruption.

Bentego has defined its risks with the “Statement of Applicability” prepared within the framework of risk management and has created the necessary precaution plans.

Bentego has made a commitment to protect confidentiality, integrity and all physical and electronic information assets throughout the organization.

Bentego provides Information and information security requirements in line with corporate goals. Bentego employees pay attention to ISMS and comply with this policy.

Bentego has established a system development group, which is guided by the senior management and includes the Management Representative, in order to support the ISMS framework and periodically review the security policy.

Bentego’s Information Security Policy is reviewed at regular periods. System development Group informs senior management when major changes have occurred in order to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.

ISMS is a process subject to systematic and continuous improvement for our company.

ISO 27001: 2013 ISMS will show the importance we attach to both customer and internal security.

BENTEGO has created and announced the Business Continuity Management System Policy in accordance with the company’s establishment and purposes, the scope of the Quality Management System and Information Security Management System, as follows.

We continuously improve our activities by adhering to the works, projects and project contract completion times within the scope of the contracts we have with customers. For this, the management will provide all resource needs and working environments. The management will make plans, set targets to improve the deficient or need to be developed aspects of the system and evaluate them at the relevant meetings.

Team colleagues will be employed in accordance with the company policy, goals and prestige, and corporate work culture, in order to increase the skills of the employees and to respond to customer needs at the optimum time, and they will be trained to contribute to their personal development.

As the management, we are committed to following and developing business continuity with quality and efficiency.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

BENTEGO has created and announced the Service Management System policy in accordance with the scope of the company’s establishment and purposes, Quality Management System and Information Security Management System as follows.

We will ensure the effectiveness, performance and continuous improvement of all services within the scope of the agreements we will make with the customers, especially software consultancy, software support and maintenance, and employment of our own personnel at the customer for support purposes and training. For this, the management will provide all kinds of resource needs.

The management will make plans, set targets to improve the deficient or need to be developed aspects of the system, and evaluate them at the relevant meetings.

Within the scope of service management, colleagues will be employed in accordance with the company policy, goals and prestige, and corporate work culture, in order to increase the skills of the employees and to respond to customer needs in the optimum time, and they will be trained to contribute to their personal development.
