M. Fatih Akgül
M. Fatih Akgül brings over 25 years of strategic and leadership experience across the telecommunications, energy, marketing, and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has taken on roles including Marketing and Product Management Director, Co-Founder, General Manager, and Board Member. He has played a key role in product development and big data consultancy. Since 2017, he has been part of Bentego, and as of 2025, he leads the company as Chairman of the Board. He completed his MBA at Koç University.
Mehmet Ali Ünver
With more than 30 years of experience in R&D, Telco IT, quality governance, and digital transformation, Mehmet Ali Ünver leads Bentego’s operations and strategic growth. His extensive background spans the defense, telecom, aviation, retail, and manufacturing industries. Since January 2025, he has served as CEO at Bentego, bringing both technical and managerial expertise. He earned his master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
M. Çağan Arı
M. Çağan Arı leads Bentego’s business and product development activities, building on more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and program management. He has worked across the manufacturing, IT, and telecom industries, holding leadership positions in major transformation programs and joined Bentego in April 2025. He earned his degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
Murat Sanlıdilek
Murat Sanlıdilek oversees project delivery and operational strategy at Bentego. With over 13 years of experience in telecom, aviation, e-commerce, and energy, he specializes in customer and channel management, project execution, and operational efficiency. He has been part of Bentego since 2021. He completed his graduate studies in Marketing at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Su Çiğdem Yiğitel
Su Çiğdem Yiğitel manages Bentego’s HR strategy and talent development. She has over 10 years of experience in employee experience, organizational development, and cultural transformation in the education, NGO, entertainment, and technology sectors. She joined Bentego in 2021 and has led the HR function since 2022. She studied Psychology and Guidance & Psychological Counseling at Yeditepe University.
Tuğçe Dündar Oğuz
Tuğçe Dündar Oğuz leads sales and customer acquisition at Bentego. With more than 10 years of experience in technology, software, consulting, and cybersecurity, she has expertise in digital solutions and ecosystem development. She has held senior roles in system integration and digital transformation projects and joined Bentego in 2024. She graduated from Sabancı University with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
Cevat Uzun
Since 2014, Cevat Uzun has been at the forefront of Bentego’s technology initiatives. His work focuses on big data architecture, real-time data processing, and Cloudera training across telecom, banking, finance, and automotive sectors. He has held roles as a data engineer, consultant, and technology leader, and is responsible for overseeing strategic technology development. He studied Computer Engineering at Anadolu University.
